During the month of February, students may earn up to 10 bonus points by creating a Valentine for their favorite author or character from a novel.
Valentines must be creative and artistic, not purchased at Walmart or other store; and they must have a unique message showing at least a minimal level of understanding of an author or a character.
Turn Valentines in to Mr. Williams to be posted on the wall.

This extra credit is only good from 2/1/10 to 2/28/10 and will count on 3rd quarter.
Reminder about extra credit: Mr. Williams records all of your extra credit, but none of it becomes part of your grade until the last day of the quarter. For your extra credit to improve your grade, you must first have a passing grade (60%) on the regular work. (Honors students must have at least 70%.)
